- REPG outsource or appoints professional services and sub-contractors for every trade, to provide labour to local reputable service providers on a apolitical basis.
- REPG must supervise and give clear instructions to every worker.
- REPG procures and supply all construction materials, and ensure correct quantity available on time at the construction sites.
- REPG appoints mechanical, electrical, chemical engineers and fire protection consultants, cost advice and quantity surveying services.
- REPG in-house team attends to Cost Planning Contract Procurement, Tender and Contract Documentation, Cost Control, Risk Management, Value Management, Financial Management, Asset Management, Life Cycle and Whole Life Costing, Timelines, Deadlines & Penalties.
